I believe that, in order to receive a mad woman's cottage, you must prove that you are mad. There is probably paperwork involved.
It's a fair deal, though. Everyone else's responsibility is to get you the cottage. Your responsibility is to maintain an adequete level of madness. That is what they call an equal division of labour.
HAHAHAHAHAHA!! Adrien, you are so eloquently funny.. I reality, I'd build it myself, being the stubborn woman I am.. hire my own contractor. That wouldn't make me mad, not really, no I'd have to work on that.
